This class will be combined with the Beginner Ballet Class.  Class will be held at 4:30pm. Basic Ballet poses and moves along with Creative movement, expression, and rhythm concepts will be taught to boys and girls.Class will be held at the Academy Bldg. in Cushing Memorial Park.  Please enter Cushing Park through Keefe Tech parking lot at 750 Winter Street, take an immediate left and follow signs to Academy Building (first brick building).Please wear comfortable clothes and have bare feet or ballet shoes.Please bring a water bottle to class.

Is your child ready to get moving, through fun games using unique gross motor equipment? Then this is the perfect class! Each child will participate in stretching, obstacles, and games to incorporate fitness and fun! This program is designed to enhance the gross motor skills and fundamentals of riding a bicycle!  Each class will introduce a new activity involving wheeled vehicles such as scooter boards, three wheeled scooters, balance bikes, and finally progressing to a bicycle.  Class will also include games and activities for your determined driver to develop the skills needed to ride safely and successfully.

GENERAL LEAGUE INFORMATIONPlayers must be 18 years of age or older AND out of High School PRIOR to May 1, 2019.Number of players per team shall not exceed 25 and can not be less than 15.All teams must have a minimum of 15 players on their roster that CANNOT be changed.  A MINIMUM of 75% of the original 15 players (12 players) MUST be Framingham residents. (residency will be verified)Players can be added or deleted from a team roster before June 1 ONLY if they appear on places 16-25 of the roster form.  Rosters will be frozen as of June 1st.  Players can play for only one team, regardless of division.  Game start times are at 6:30pm, 7:40pm, & 8:50pm.Games and practices may be held at Ryan Field, Mary Dennison I & II, Butterworth Park, or George King Field.Teams must have matching shirts (color, logo) NO LATER THAN June 1st.  ASA Certified Umpires as well as Official ASA Slow Pitch Softball Rules are used (some in-house league rules apply).FOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION, ROSTERS, & WELCOME LETTER:Please email   parks.recreation@framinghamma.govRosters will be available beginning Tuesday, February 19th.  Roster forms will be emailed to team managers & must be filled out electronically.  No hand-written rosters will be accepted.Rosters and checks are due to the Parks & Recreation Office NO LATER THAN 5:00pm on Friday, March 15thFor registered teams, there is a MANDATORY managers meeting on Wednesday, May 1st at 7:00pm at the Academy Building in Cushing Memorial Park.

Each child will participate in stretching, obstacles, and games to incorporate fitness and fun! This program is designed to enhance the gross motor skills and fundamentals of riding a bicycle!  Each class will introduce a new activity involving wheeled vehicles such as scooter boards, three wheeled scooters, balance bikes, and finally progressing to a bicycle.  Class will also include games and activities for your determined driver to develop the skills needed to ride safely and successfully.

In today's world, our children are always on the internet. This Internet Safety program is designed to assist children in using social networks safely. In addition, cyberbullying and cyberharassment will also be a group discussion.                                 About the Instructor Juanita has been teaching our Home Alone Safety program for 4 years. As an experienced health educator/EMT, she trains more than 2,000 people in the MetroWest annually. Juanita offers a variety of courses such as First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, CPR, and AED. In addition, she offers safety courses with the Framingham Parks and Recreation Department including Home Alone Safety, Internet Safety, and Social SKLZ.

GENERAL LEAGUE INFORMATIONPlayers must be 18 years of age or older AND out of High School PRIOR to May 1, 2019.Number of players per team shall not exceed 25 and can not be less than 15.All teams must have a minimum of 15 players on their roster that CANNOT be changed.  A MINIMUM of 75% of the original 15 players (12 players) MUST be Framingham residents. (residency will be verified)Players can be added or deleted from a team roster before June 1 ONLY if they appear on places 16-25 of the roster form.  Rosters will be frozen as of June 1st.  Players can play for only one team, regardless of division.  Game start times are at 6:30pm, 7:40pm, & 8:50pm.Games and practices may be held at Ryan Field, Mary Dennison I & II, Butterworth Park, or George King Field.Teams must have matching shirts (color, logo) NO LATER THAN June 1st.  ASA Certified Umpires as well as Official ASA Slow Pitch Softball Rules are used (some in-house league rules apply).FOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION, ROSTERS, & WELCOME LETTER:Please email   parks.recreation@framinghamma.govRosters will be available beginning Tuesday, February 19th.  Roster forms will be emailed to team managers & must be filled out electronically.  No hand-written rosters will be accepted.Rosters and checks are due to the Parks & Recreation Office NO LATER THAN 5:00pm on Friday, March 15thFor registered teams, there is a MANDATORY managers meeting on Wednesday, May 1st at 7:00pm at the Academy Building in Cushing Memorial Park.

Each child will participate in stretching, obstacles, and games to incorporate fitness and fun! This program is designed to enhance the gross motor skills and fundamentals of riding a bicycle!  Each class will introduce a new activity involving wheeled vehicles such as scooter boards, three wheeled scooters, balance bikes, and finally progressing to a bicycle.  Class will also include games and activities for your determined driver to develop the skills needed to ride safely and successfully.
