A yoga practice that is good for your body and mind now and years from now. Movements and poses designed to promote joint health, functional mobility, strength and overall well-being.
Taught by Terri Vogel, 200 hr. RYT, FRCms (Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist).
Please wear comfortable clothes, have a yoga mat as well as a small towel or blanket (for supporting heads & knees), a water bottle, 2 yoga blocks (if you have them) and a relaxing clutter-free space to practice in.
