Adaptive Ice Skating

This adaptive skating program provides children, ages 5 - 22 years, with special needs the opportunity to participate in sports and active recreation in a fun and safe environment. This program promotes the learning of new skills, social opportunities and moderate to vigorous physical activity to maintain and improve health and fitness. We utilize equipment such as skate walkers and sleds. Helmets are mandatory (not provided - please see guidelines below). Rental skates are available at the rink at no charge for participants.
Franciscan Children's skating instructors will direct the program. Trained volunteers will be paired with children on a 1:1 child to staff

Class will be held at Loring Arena, 165 Fountain Street, Framingham, MA 01702, March 14 -April 4, 2019. 4:40 - 5:30 P.M.
